Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. Services:

a. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service you’ve booked:
i. More than 7 days before the service date: A full refund will be provided.
ii. Between 3 to 7 days before the service date: 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
iii. Less than 3 days before the service date: No refund will be provided.

b. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service:
i. More than 7 days before the service date: No extra fee will be charged.
ii. Between 3 to 7 days before the service date: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the service fee will be charged.
iii. Less than 3 days before the service date: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the service fee will be charged.

c. No-show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notification, no refund will be provided.

2. Courses:

a. For paid workshops, Nutrition Refinery does not offer refunds once registration is complete. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts and technical issues. Participation in free workshops is governed by the same no-refund policy regarding time and resource commitments.

b. Course Discontinuation: If for any reason we have to discontinue or cancel a course, enrolled participants will be notified and provided with a full refund.

3. Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, we may consider providing a refund outside the stated policy. Proof may be required.

4. How to Cancel:

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of
the cancellation approval.
